The Flat Tank (Conformable Tank) is unique in its design and construction.

The all aluminum tank is comprised of modular ‘cells’ that are variable in length and width.

Each cell is fabricated from extruded aluminum that is slid and locked together with a  patented joint.

The end domes are pressed then machined ready for assembly.

The extrusions slide together and then the end domes and all the seams are welded using a fully automated process.

Each tank is powder coated and pressure tested to the ASME 8 standard, before final Quality Control, packing and documentation.
